Project Funding Submissions
We welcome serious applications for private credit or structured financing. To be considered, please submit the following core materials:
PRIVATE CREDIT – APPLICATION FOR PROJECT FUNDING
- Executive Summary or Business Plan (problem, solution, market, milestones, use of proceeds)
- Financial Forecast or Investor Pitch Deck (3–5 year view, assumptions, sensitivities)

- Project timeline & budget (capex/opex, sources & uses)
- Key contracts or offtake/tenancy indicators (if applicable)
- Capital structure overview and existing liabilities
File guidance: PDF preferred; combine related items; include company name in filenames.
Referring Agents & Independent Brokers
To initiate a working relationship, please complete a brief onboarding review. Before formal engagement, provide:
- Short professional biography or résumé
- Summary of business model and client focus (sectors, geographies, average ticket)
Following receipt, we will schedule a discovery call to assess potential collaboration.

Submission Standards (What “Good” Looks Like)
- Clear use-of-proceeds and project milestones
- Credible assumptions for revenue, costs, and timing
- Visibility on counterparties (where relevant)
- Governance and reporting readiness (basic KPI pack)
